SV 10.20-Prophecy
Yet again the CW player quit on me during the final commercial break, so I had to sit through 15 minutes of commercials to see the end of the episode. Totally fucked over the momentum of the episode, and killed any caring I had for the ep.
Which wasn’t all that much to begin with.
Maybe it’s because I’m tired and preoccupied with my job, but I could not begin to bring myself to care about Kara, the Orion bow, Toy Man… Clark and Lois were okay, but only because I assume we’re building up to their wedding.
Why is Jor-El the douchiest douche who ever douched? How does an “AI” have so much control over everything?
Who the heck is this Courtney girl? Two weeks ago the Previously On gave us Lois’s blue bird, but we don’t get a reminder of who Stargirl is? I don’t get it.
Oo, did Clark unplug Jor-El for keeps? Finally. And we see his future costume.
So Lois says she can’t marry Clark? Isn’t this basically the same issue she had with dating Oliver? She can’t be the support of the hero?
Was Oliver digging up gold Kryptonite? Why do I get the feeling the finale isn’t going to be as optimistic and fun as I was hoping?
Again, another misplaced episode when there are still too many loose ends. The stupid Orion bow is just making the Darkness story that much more complicated when they’ve barely touched on it for weeks.
I guess I’ll just have to hold my breath for the finale along with all of you.
