Hee. that was awesome. just the other day I was trying to come up with random and weird pairings that i'd like to try writing. none of them beat that list though.

but you know, i do feel a little bad for the writers of the fics that got linked to. that'd be so awkward to stumble across.

and also: Maybe none of it is weirder than the world of erotic fanfiction. Hey! i take umbrage at that. i thought the internet was for porn. :P

I found this link through weepingcock; apparently one of the members there betaed one of the fics! I think the Indy one. I'd be horrified if one of my fics makes this list.

Heh, nah, it's really for attrocious porn. I doubt anything you write would be bad enough. I've seen people in Batman fandom make it, though. Not good for them, but I haven't disagreed with the choices, either.

I don't know anything about Highlander, the characters anyway, so I couldn't judge that one. But the Indy one--horrifying!!! So OOC.

I certainly don't find them as weird as the Cracked people do.

Well, the Weasleys an Lance is weird. And Indy is creepy.

But thhat Jason./McKaye fic isn't so bad! They didn't even mention that Jason has a major personality overhaul in it because of something that happened to him before the fic.

Cracked is weird, though. They don't research their stories very well, and it's pathetic that they can't open the mind to Jason being a real person rather than just 2-D.

Yeah, Indy is creepy. And Picard / Elrond is just odd. But compared to some of the stuff I've read, none of those are that bad. Obviously these people need to delve into the more perverted parts of the internet.

now that is definitely , considering the background of HL, is not beyond impossible.

These pairings are weird, but I think they could be worse. I don't know enough about Highlander to make a judgment on that one, but it's probably no less likely than a lot of stuff out there.
